For one of my campaigns I am getting a CampaignTargetPage that indicates there are more entries than contained in the page (i.e., campTargetPage.getTotalNumEntries() > campTargetPage.getEntries().length). However, I can't find a way to specify paging in CampaignTargetSelector. I am using v201008 currently and v201101 doesn't seem to have CampaignTargetSelector.paging either.
I know not every selector provides paging because it is expected paging won't be necessary. I do a sanity check to make sure this is always true. In this case my sanity check failed.
