Hi Vivek, The axis fault and "unexpected end of file from server" looks like network issues to me. Most likely these are transitory issues with your local network, but if the issues persist, then ping this thread and I'll ask the team to investigate more.
I suggest you take a look at one of our client libraries at http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/clientlibraries.html. They support all the available versions and have code examples for most of the common tasks that you can directly copy-paste into your project.
