More details:  It turns out that the code on our end that is getting
the reports back in micros is using the .NET client library.  No
matter how it sets returnMoneyInMicros, it alwasy comes back in
micros.  My code that is actually in production doesn't use a client
library, just creates the SOAP manually, and does not have the
returnMoneyinMicros in the header, and still sees the data in currency
units, not micros.  Our intent is to move to using the .NET library.
Both are using the 200810 API.
