Hi Martin, Please open an issue at http://code.google.com/p/google-api-ads-ruby/issues/list requesting support for a configurable timeout for requests. As for the actual timeouts, they usually happen due to network issues at the caller's end. They are usually transitory in nature, but if issues persist, you might want to check your network settings and confirm that the issue is not at your end.
