Hi Anash, Mystery has been solved. Being new to AdWords API I was using master account which has bunch of sub-accounts with campaigns but no direct campaigns. As a result I was not getting anything for that master account. Switching to a sub-account yeilds all expected campaigns. Thanks for helping.
