I agree with Robert. My application creates campaigns, ad groups and ads and changes/shows the status of these objects. So, I need to sync the modified statuses in the web interface of objects created by the application. To do this, I'll need to build a lot of controls to know what changes were made by the application, to discard these ids and get only the objects modified in the web interface. Would be very interesting if this information were returned by the API.
