Hi Donald, I don't see what's wrong with those values, basically the service is returning to you in INR currency because that is the currency set in your account. Then you are also telling the service you are willing to bid big amounts of money in your ads, so the system is almost granting you 100% of the impressions at highest price psossible in this case I believe at an average cost per click of around $1.6 which is not crazy off, that multiplied by a number of 147 clicks will give you a total cost around $242, and of course this is not taking in consideration any budget restriction that in real life you can set for your campaigns.
Perhaps you can give me more information why you consider this data to be off reality.
