Regarding http://code.google.com/intl/en-EN/apis/adwords/docs/ratesheet.html You have 2 ways to query Google: 1. Perform query by grouped keywords. 2. Ask them one by one. For grouping (800 keywords at max in 1 query) you will be billed: 15,000 / 800 (max count of keywords in Google reply for this service) = 19 (5 * 19) + (15,000 * 0.1) = 1595 API Units (1595/1000) * 0.25 = 0,39875 $ So 0.40 USD is the minimum that you will pay. For one by one keyword query you will be billed for: 6 * 15,000 = 90000 API Units (90000 / 1000) * 0.25 = 22,5$ This is max price which you can pay. So your bills depends on your algorithms.
