Herbert,

I actually was just running into a similar issue trying to run a
CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.

I think it boils down to the new reports not supporting aggregation.
With the old ReportService we could get a report which was aggregated
by hour/day/week/month(depending on report type). With the new
reports, I think we have to do our own aggregation as far as I can
tell.

I have been trying to figure out how to validate this assumption with
my campaign performance report, but I can't seem to find a field that
is different for the otherwise identical rows(except for the actual
clicks, cost and impressions) I am getting returned for each campaign
on each day. At first I thought it might be separated by hour of day,
but this report field causes invalid field for report errors no matter
what other fields I choose to include. Then I tried by ClickType which
did not seem to help at all.

The fact that the numbers add up to what is in the UI helps me to
trust this idea that we will be doing our own aggregation, but it
would help immensely to have some way of distinguishing the lines in
the report from each other aside from the actual performance data.
