We have seen this exact same behaviour happening in the last week, we thought we were on our own with it. These were working ads that are now busted. The two accounts it has affected so far have been using two ad params - the ones with only one ad param are unaffacted (could be coincidence). There is more than enough text to fit, and after each upload sometimes it will show adparam2 and not adparam1 and vice versa.
