I created a one day report for one of the days that I saw the problem:
https://adwords.google.com/select/viewreport?jobId=2076211812
and when I sorted by "Seach Query" it did have an entry that was blank
for the search query value that looks like it matches with what I saw in
the XML.
I was NOT able to see the offending entry in the Adwords UI (showing
campaigns/adgroups/etc tabs) since the problem reports are based on
search query and I don't know how to show search queries in the standard
Adwords UI (is there a way to do that??).
