Hi Sanju, Cross client reports aren't available in AdWords API v201101, it was unlaunched. See http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com/2011/03/update-to-reporting-service-in-adwords.html for details. If you need to use cross-client reports, you will have to use v13 cross-client reports.
