Most of our v13 reports worked this morning. However, 2 of them got stuck like you've mentioned. One of them finally finished after pending for a few hours (usually takes minutes). The other report getting stuck or I occassionally get this message from the API: Exception: The specified account has been blocked due to excessive failed logins.
This API exception occurs seemingly at random and doesn't make sense since the login info didn't change and I can log in fine through the UI.
