As you mentioned TrafficEstimatorService gives you Ad specific estimates like CPC, cost, position and clicks while TargetingIdeaServices gives you stats about placements, keywords, monthly searches, etc
Is there a reason why you see valuable to have CPC available in the TargetingIdeaService?
