We can navigate to the client accounts using AdWords UI, and the accounts
are receiving clicks. However, those accounts are not available under
Reporting tools. We bypassed validation and tried to schedule the report
using v13 reporting service. This time we received a different error
message:
You do not manage one or more of the client accounts you supplied for an
MCM report.
