Hi Aravind, I'd recommend using a client library to make AdWords API calls if you are new to the API. See http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/clientlibraries.html for details. http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/sandbox.html has details on how to use the sandbox. For sandbox, your loginEmail/password can be your gmail's email/password, developertoken is youremail++USD, and client accounts are client_1+youremail to client_5+youremail.
