Hi Soumya, Is there any particular reason why you don't want to use the AdWords API .NET client library? See http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-dotnet/ for more details. Also, a working version of the code you posted is available here just in case you don't want to make use of the library: http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-dotnet/wiki/NoClientLibrary#Option_1:_Make_a_raw_API_call .
