Hi All, Unfortunately I don't have any updates about the release of cross-client reports in v201101. Accounts using optional-login<http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com/2011/05/impact-of-new-optional-login-accounts.html> do not have a value to put in the clientEmails field of v13 reports. There are a couple workarounds:
1) Create a report job without any clientEmails set and all client accounts will be included. 2) In cases where you only want to report on a single client at a time, set crossClient to false and set the clientCustomerId header of the request to the CID of the account. 3) Add a login to these accounts so that you will have an email address to use in the clientEmails field.
