This request went to the production environment (I have tried the same
requests in the sandbox environment, with different but still error-
laden results). And yes, I am specifying the authorization header in
the same fashion I have for the successful requests. I ran the same
code again just a moment ago. The request ID this time was
0004a85fb704e3680ada7c4c2087f76c. The response was the same, although
the campaign IDs won't be part of the request this time-- for whatever
reason I have been getting the ACCOUNT_DELINQUENT error for each of my
accounts since this morning (I mentioned this in another thread).
