Hi Everyone, In May we announced<http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com/2011/05/update-on-adwords-api-v201101-sunset.html>that the v13 TrafficEstimatorService would be sunset at the end of June. For various reasons we kept it running a couple of extra months, but the final shut down of this service will take place this Wednesday, August 31. If you are still using this service we recommend you migrate to the v201101 TrafficEstimatorService<http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/TrafficEstimatorService.html> which provides much of the same functionality.
