It's been a roller coaster ride for months now trying to get completed reports back in a timely manner. Against v13, I don't believe any active engineering work is being done as most efforts are being concentrated on getting cross client reporting ready for the v2011 library.
That updated library is coming out "soon" I believe, so we kinda have to sit on our hands for the time being.
