Hi Uttam, You cannot obtain this information using v13. We recommend migrating to v201109 where you can get the QualityScore from the QualityInfo objects in the AdGroupCriterionService: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion.html#qualityInfo
