According to the documentation (see http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reportingtopics.html):
1. The returnMoneyInMicros header determines which unit money is returned in 2. As far as I can tell (and I've done a bit of experiementing) the Report Definition is the same as the one for the report definition Service: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/ReportDefinitionService.ReportDefinition.html That said, I've noticed that the order of the elements is important, so make sure you put them in the order they are in the documentation.
