According to the release notes for v201109 the CampaignTargetingService is sunset/merged into the CampaignCriterionService; however, it is still present in the docs, wsdl, and the docs for the CampaignCriterionService don't have the merged specs. Is it safe to continue to use the targeting service after updating to v201109?
