My company is coming up on the 10 week mark since our developer token was disabled. Unlike many of the other companies, we never received an explanatory email detailing why we had lost access to the API, even though all documentation dictated that we would. Since then, I have tried to contact Google, through every means available (forum, email, phone, adwords support, etc.), to try and get a reason why I was disabled and how I can get the API token back. I have complied with every request for detailed information about how I was, and how I will be, using the token. Over two weeks ago, I saw that companies were being directed on the forums to send an email to the adwords api token email address provided here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/adwords-api/BXyV40LfEEI/discussion for more direct contact regarding the issue. Again this was over two weeks ago that I sent this email, I have yet to get a reply for that email as well as any other communications that I have begun. Please provide me, and any other company in the same position, a viable solution to this ongoing problem. I would like it if this solution included thoughtful, descriptive, and helpful responses from Google, though I don't know why I should feel the need to have this as a request. Thank you.
