Hi, We noticed that the new v201109 ConstantDataService requires authentication (auth_token, ClientCustomerID, etc) similar to any other services. Since, ConstantDataService has methods to return the list of all supported Carriers and Languages constants, which are not tied to any account, can you decouple this so that we can probably just set applicationToken and developerToken in the request header to retrieve response using this service?
