Hi,

One easy way to get the xml templates is to download a client library, turn 
its SOAP logging on and write a test script (or you could use one of the 
code examples available with the library distribution. Since you are on 
ASP, I'd recommend the Adwords API .NET library 
(code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-dotnet). It has vb.net examples, 
which is somewhat similar to vbscript.
