Hi Akil, The context of that discussion is different, it is about how keyword ids are generated. The answer is that is relevant to your question is that AdGroupId + CriterionId is a globally unique identifier. Whenever some property of an AdGroupCriterion changes, you will get the an AdGroupChangeData with adGroupId and changedCriteria set to appropriate values.
