Hello, I see some older posts (back in 2006) mentioning that the AdWords APIs are open-source and welcome patches. Is this still the case? I can't find information about this.
I've done an SVN checkout of the google-api-adwords-perl-read-only repository. What's the procedure for submitting patches?
