I am trying to filter keyword volumes by language using "LanguageSearchParameter" on v201109 seems to work good when I set filter to 1000 that corresponds to 'en' seems to work bad when I set filter to 1003 that corresponds to 'es'
"throttle" has no meaning in spanish, so 0 is expected, but not obtained. "cocina" has no meaning in english, 0 is returned correctly. "alcohol" has meaning in english and spanish and same numbers on all cases. Below are the results obtained from production API (not sandbox) of AVERAGE_TARGETED_MONTHLY_SEARCHES curiously when I run similar script with my old script (v200909) I get the same exact results! Can you tell me what is the problem here?
