these are the fields we are retrieving
"AdGroupId", "CriterionUse", "Id", "SystemServingStatus", "Status",
"ApprovalStatus",
"DestinationUrl", "FirstPageCpc", "MaxCpc", "MaxCpm",
"EnhancedCpcEnabled",
"PercentCpa", "Text", "MatchType")
all 3 instances returned have the same criterion id.
is this a bug or is there a combination that we shouldn't be getting?
