Hi Daniele, Cross-client reports weren't supported officially in the new API version, and we do not have any plans of supporting it right now. See http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com/2011/10/downloading-reports-for-lots-of-client.html for details on how to use the adhoc reports to download reports for multiple clients instead.
