Hi, Which field are you selecting in the AdHoc report? Are you selecting the Status from the Keywords Performance report? ( http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/appendix/reports.html#keywords) This fields reflects its status as designated by the developer - ACTIVE, DELETED or PAUSED. This column does not reflect the approval status and unfortunately, there is not current way to obtain the approval status via reports. I'l make sure we bring this feedback to the core engineers attention.
