Hi,
  Unfortunately, due to the implementation of the ServicedAccountService, 
it has issues returning the data you would expect with accounts that have 
no links.  Our current (admittedly hacky) solution it to suggest using an 
AdHoc report to obtain an AccountPerformanceReport and request the 
AccountId.  If you have no impressions, you'll need to use a Campaign 
Performance report (assuming at least one campaign).
