Hi Abhinay, Unfortunately, the criterion object for OperatingSystemVersion does not have a descriptive field - they will operate solely by ID. We've published the mapping of these IDs to descriptive names here: https://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/appendix/mobileplatforms.html
