You could filter on AdExtensionType, as follows:
Dim typePredicate As New Predicate
typePredicate.operator = PredicateOperator.EQUALS
typePredicate.field = "AdExtensionType"
typePredicate.values = New String() {"LOCATION_EXTENSION"}
