I'm having a similar problem getting ad performance reports with third party ads. I'm using a report request like the attached (I've resorted to toggling the includeZeroImpressions flag to see if I can get any data), and I *sometimes* get data, and sometimes don't. The data all seems to be available through the UI. The report requests have been generated via the .Net client, but I get the same result if I use the python wrapper I made, or if I fire requests manually via curl. Using v201109 adhoc reports, of course.
