There are five accounts in the sandbox: 4806786736 6812115338 5042700238 7432468389 4958153685
However none of these accounts contains campaigns that are either active or paused. When calling the CampaignService in the sandbox with the clientcustomerid set as any of these accounts. So if I wanted to test operations against campaigns in the sandbox versus production I have no way to do this since when I hit production I get campaigns back for items I know have campaigns.
