Hi, If you are using the DotNet client library, I encourage you to make sure you are running the most recent version ( http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-dotnet/downloads/list). You may be running an outdated version. Older versions may not provide the Developer Token with report download (which would cause an error similar to what you see) or may not correctly expose the error message.
