Just an FYI, the includeZeroImpressions field defaults to true. This field is intended to allow you to EXCLUDE zero impression rows by setting its value to false (without having to include a field that has this side-effect). Including fields that are documented to exclude zero impression rows will always exclude these rows. Short version: setting this field to true has no impact.
