Hi, You could specify includeZeroImpressions as true in your report definition xml. See http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/ReportDefinitionService.ReportDefinition.html#includeZeroImpressions for details. Note that this field is incompatible with some report fields. See the notes section against various columns at http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/appendix/reports.html for more details.
