Hi Adwords Team, I have a campaign with carrier targeting as follows: Euskaltel ES Spain 70334 Jazztel ES Spain 70335 Orange ES Spain 70332 SuperCarrier ES Spain 70359 Telefonica ES Spain 70330 Vodafone ES Spain 70331 Yoigo ES Spain 70333
However, I got api exception: [CriterionError.CANNOT_TARGET_CRITERION @ operations[3].operand.criterion; trigger:'70334', CriterionError.CANNOT_TARGET_CRITERION @ operations[4].operand.criterion; trigger:'70335', CriterionError.CANNOT_TARGET_CRITERION @ operations[6].operand.criterion; trigger:'70359'] Besides, these 3 failed carrier are not even shown on adwords UI either. Would you let us know why they are not consistent? Thanks a lot.
