</soap:Envelope>

I expected a value attribute nested inside the other value attribute like
its in the data block for GLOBAL_MONTHLY_SEARCHS here:

<data>
    <key>COMPETITION</key>
    <value xsi:type="DoubleAttribute"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance";>
    <Attribute.Type>DoubleAttribute</Attribute.Type>
                  </value>
               </data>
