Hi, I'm using the PHP client library to access your API (v201109). In general I'm able to use the API (fetch campaigns, adgroups, ads etc...) without any problems but if I try to use the ReportService I always get the well known Message 'QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_NO_BILLING_INFO'. Any Idea why this happens? If the payment info wouldn't be there then I should not be able to make any API call at all, right?
