Thankyou very much for your help! I've see this link: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/ - an advice by Pete Lavetsky! And I knew that I must have a My Client Center (MCC) account to access to Google AdWords and start using APIs. And It's a paid account. I'll pay for any request sending to Google Adword and reponsed items! Does Google Adwords have any free account for non-commercial individuals just like me - a student?
