I am experiencing similair behaviour as the topic starter, so I guess this "issue" has not been solved yet? I am sending the "returnMoneyInMicros" header and most fields come back in this format, but TotalConvValue, ValuePerConversion and ValuePerConversionManyPerClick do not (returned example: 1,782.72).
This is causing issues for me as I want to export the downloaded report CSV directly into BigQuery, which does not support this format (unless I put it as a string, which is not what I want). Any way to solve this?
