Question on below BulkMutateJob restriction: **A job may have no more than 500,000 mutate operations in total, and *no more than 10 different scoping campaigns*.
Does the campaign limit restriction apply even when my scoping entity is customer? For ex: Is it possible to submitt 100 keyword bid update ops (BiddableAdGroupCriterion) in one job, where these keywords are spanning across more than 10 campaigns but belongs to one customer.
