Hi, This report uses the same data as the UI does. It's my understanding that the intent with sitelinks is that you add a few of them and then Google's algorithms determine the best performing ones and displays those more often. You can report on sitelinks overall via the Ad Extensions Performance report: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#ad-extensions - but the smart rotation by Google takes the guesswork out of configuring them (again, to the best of my knowledge). I'd ask in the regular AdWords forums for a more definitive answer.
