Hi Kamini, You can use code similar to the GetCampaigns example ( https://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-dotnet/source/browse/trunk/examples/adwords/csharp/v201206/BasicOperations/GetCampaigns.cs ) and request the additional fields "Period", "Amount", "DeliveryMethod" which will be populate in the Campaign.budget object.
