We are experiencing intermittent issues downloading reports resulting in this error being thrown:
Error Message: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from ' https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201109/ReportDefinitionService?wsdl' : failed to load external entity " https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201109/ReportDefinitionService?wsdl " Anyone else experiencing this?
